During our discussions, workshops, and projects with clients across the cinema and film sectors as the primary industry we operate in, a few things have become evident:

There's lots of hype.

Everyone's talking about it.

Few are listening.

Even fewer are doing it... meaningfully.

Many organisations have either a random check-box style approach or going into gold-rush vibes, and there are still many teams and executives with absolutely no idea where to begin. But under all the buzz, something real has shifted:

  • AI is mainstream.

  • Our behaviours are changing and/or have already changed.

The speed of AI advancements and adoption can be overwhelming, most likely it all will get even louder.

It's important to keep your head clear, filter out the noise, learn, and focus on the tools that make sense to you and for the work you do.

It requires trial and error. It's about building things, breaking things, and rebuilding them. Lots of experimentation and imagination.

There are no silver bullets.

It's a mindset shift.

As long as you actually DO make the first steps with the aim for a strategic approach to AI, you'll benefit from it.
